Our stock products (Green Truck Image) are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department. The original shipping charges for the order are NOT refundable NOR are the return shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee for any return that will be deducted from the refund. The Manufactured items (Red Truck) have approximately 5-7 days production time, plus transit (ship) time.These items are made to order and are not returnable.
Return authorizations must be requested within 2 weeks of Original Invoice and received within 30 days of original invoice.
>We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects. We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect. Our quality control team will review all claims and the history of any issues of the product in question to determine a defect.
