Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Printing Tips

Most driers operate at about 335 degrees which will work fine with the collapsible coolies. You can use your standard plastisol inks.
The collapsible coolies, unsewn coolies, and zipper bottle coolies all can be decorated with a heat press. Means of decoration can include sublimation, heat applied vinyl, and heat transfers. The foam (stand up) coolies can NOT be heat pressed.
We keep our website up to date so all of our current colors are shown online. We can do custom colors for orders of 20,000 and up.
After you print or embroider the coolie you simply straight stitch up the sides with the coolie inside out, then turn right side out. The stitching should be done with a heavy duty needle and as close to the edge as possible.

Shipping and Returns

When you choose "economy shipping (7-10 business days) you should only do so when time is not a factor for your order. This shipping method is processed differently than regular ground shipping and will require 1-3 business days for departure from our warehouse PLUS the transit time. We will ship the order USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the way that is most economical for us. This process can take upwards of 2 weeks for arrival in some cases. If your time frame is urgent, PLEASE select a shipping method other then Economy Shipping.
The country drop down menu in the checkout page list the countries we currently ship to outside the USA.

We ship USPS & UPS and do not allow shipping on second or third party accounts. Economy shipping requires 7-10 business days additional time. Please don't use this method if you need a quick shipment. Orders received by Noon EST typically ship the same day. Orders received after noon EST sometimes ship the same day but will ship by the next business day. Please allow for shipping time from UPS. (Based on stock availability) There is a handling charge included in the shipping price. This seems especially high if you order a low number of pieces. This handling charge (especially for a small order) is not avoidable. We offer our products with a ONE piece minimum but in order to be able to offer this must charge the handling.
Returns
Our products are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department. The original shipping charges for the order are NOT refundable NOR are the return shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee for any return that will be deducted from the refund.Return authorizations must be requested within 1 week of receipt of goods and received within 3 week of receipt of goods.

Defective Merchandise
We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects. We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect. Our quality control team will review all claims and the history of any issues of the product in question to determine a defect.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by For-Most Specialties LLC (BlankKoozies.com) in which case we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item or to get a return authorization.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. If your purchase is for resale, please contact us for the necessary paperwork and then we can flag your account so tax is no longer charged.
